✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
Return Request Period: You must initiate your return request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process your return.
Please note: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at returns@mapoignee.ma or call our support team at +212 6 00 00 00 00 with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Packing the Return: Securely pack the item(s) along with a copy of your order confirmation and the RMA number. Improperly returned items may not be accepted.
💵 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Inspection & Approval: Items will be examined within 2-3 business days to verify the condition.
Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Please be aware that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees and ensure a swift replacement or refund.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, if the product is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error).
Exchanges: Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange your product. Contact our support team to discuss the available options.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped may still be eligible for return upon receipt.
